I propose the idea that when it comes to the healing powers of art when viewing it nature and landscape photography is the best option out there for a positive distraction from what a viewer might otherwise be focused on.

Read MoreI went on a trip in April to Falls Creek Falls on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge in the shadow of Mt. St Helens. It is an epic waterfall with 3 tiers and a massive amount of water cascading over it constantly.
